Go beyond the "About Us" page. Look up the company on LinkedIn, read recent news articles, and understand their competitors.
The first question is almost always "Tell me about yourself." Have a 2-minute response ready that summarizes your experience.
For behavioral questions, use Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Ensure the "Action" part is the longest and most detailed.
An interview is a two-way street. Ask questions that show you are thinking about the future success of the team.
In person or on video, non-verbal cues matter. Maintain good eye contact, sit up straight, and nod to show active listening.
Send a personalized thank-you email within 24 hours. Mention a specific part of the conversation you enjoyed.
